Discover the engineering advantages that set the AT27 ED apart - and keep your operations running at peak performance.

The AT27 ED achieves a compact design through an innovative multi-winding phase-shifting transformer and advanced power component engineering, optimizing the drive's overall dimensions. Its enclosure allows for one-sided maintenance, enabling flush-to-wall installation that significantly saves valuable floor space and reduces deployment time.
True to its "Energy Drive" name, this model delivers a system efficiency of more than 97% by optimizing heat dissipation throughout the full production cycle. It features smart cooling where fan speed automatically adjusts based on the real-time temperature of the transformer and IGBTs, minimizing auxiliary power consumption and noise while ensuring peak performance
more than 97%
The AT27 ED eliminates the need for costly external harmonic filters and power factor compensation by delivering a power factor of ≥0.96 and THDi < 5% (IEEE 519 compliant) through its integrated multi-pulse rectifier. On the output side, it generates a "pure sine" wave that removes the requirement for output sine filters, ensuring safe operation for standard motors and extending insulation service life.
IEEE 519 compliant
State-of-art algorithms guarantee the non-stop process even with 100% drops in supply voltage. In this case, AT27 ED operates in the control mode of DC-bus voltage value at the capacitors.
Automatic restart with the following “catch of the fly” function of the rotating motor (in both directions of rotation) ensures minimal losses on restarting the AT27 ED.

Universal Compatibility The AT27 ED is engineered to operate with a wide variety of motor types, including induction, synchronous, and permanent magnet motors (PMM), without the need for additional output filters. The drive utilizes multi-level pulse width modulation (PWM) to produce a "pure sine" wave output with low dV/dt (< 1000 V/µs), ensuring safe operation for both new and old general industrial motors while preserving their insulation service life.

The AT27 ED ensures continuous operation through its patented HOpCoD™ (High-Operated Commutation Device) bypass system, which instantly shunts a failed power cell in less than 4 milliseconds without interrupting the technological process,,. This reliability is further reinforced by redundant fan systems using air valve technology, which guarantee sustained performance even if a main cooling fan fails, allowing maintenance to be scheduled rather than forced.
